NUSA DUA, BALIPOST.com – Jamal Hussain, General Manager of the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa is proud to announce that the resort was acknowledged with a “Gold Sunny Heart Award” by Thomas Cook Group.
To determine the winners of the Sunny Heart Awards, Thomas Cook Group created a shortlist of hotels based on their customers feedback. To make the list, the hotels had to receive a minimum satisfaction rate of at least 90 percent and an above-average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 40, in the Thomas Cook Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa was the only resort in Bali, that received the Gold Sunny Heart Award. The Award Trophy was handed over personally by the Thomas Cook’s representative to the resort.
