The funding is provided by Kenda Resources International, a company that focuses on mining, energy, and real estate sectors, through a 40% acquisition of stake in Realtegic Group. Kenda is a subsidiary of Bazara Group, one of the leading business families in the Middle East and East Asia.

The anticipated deal was signed on Monday, December 1st, 2020 by Ahmed Bazara as President Director of Kenda Resource International and Gito Wahyudi as CEO of Realtegic Group. Through mutual goals and values, the funding and partnership are solely based on Sharia Principles, in accordance with the values that both companies uphold, fairness, transparency, partnership, and universality.

Realtegic Group has been actively taking part in the Indonesian property industry since 2019 and focusing on providing affordable housing for low-income people. Currently, Realtegic Group is fast in progress to build 3,600 houses across West Java, in Tenjo and Parung Panjang, and in Central Java, located in Boyolali.
